Course Overview
Aim: The delegate will learn that in the working environment it is essential to have a basic overview of what needs to be considered to ensure we are all safe in the work we do.

- Define common terms with respect to health and safety
- Describe your responsibilities with regard to health and safety in your workplace
- State the cost of poor health and safety and the benefits of good health and safety in the workplace
- Identify the main hazards in your workplace and how to control them
