Aim: The delegate will have a raised awareness of the risks of poor manual handling and be able to recognise how to reduce these effectively

- State the consequences of poor manual handling techniques
- Describe your employers responsibilities with regard to manual handing in your workplace
- Recognise what you can do to minimise the risk of injury
